Position Overview

Your efforts will significantly influence operational continuity and user satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite IT assistance, encompassing PC setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support on manufacturing and quality control floors.
  • Manage user accounts and uphold Data Integrity protocols.
  • Provide first and second-level support to both local and remote users, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Oversee and manage ticket queues, ensuring prompt resolution and appropriate reassignment.
  • Assist users with IT systems, conduct training sessions, and create user guides and communication materials.
  • Offer local support to other IT functions in the absence of site presence.
  • Execute system administration tasks, including backups and system monitoring.
  • Contribute to IT projects while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and Agilent IT policies.
  • Engage in audits and compliance activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent; MCSE – Desktop Infrastructure or equivalent; HP or equivalent desktop/laptop certification.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in onsite IT support.
  • Practical experience with helpdesk systems, Windows workstations, MS Active Directory, VPN, Anti-virus, SCCM patching, and MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of IT technologies such as networking, servers, databases, security, and applications.
  • Competence in system administration and user documentation.
  • Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous.

Compensation Range

$89,000 - $140,000. The salary range for this position may vary based on your actual work location.
