TK Promotions is poised to become a leading marketing and sales firm in the Charlotte area, and we're seeking a talented Assistant Management Associate to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and sales staff, you will work closely with senior executives to develop customer acquisition strategies, execute field marketing campaigns, and manage expansion teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounts, cross-functionally collaborating with the marketing and sales team, and shadowing senior account managers to gain a deeper understanding of the sales process and marketing campaigns. We're looking for a highly motivated and personable individual who is passionate about serving and helping our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate sales processes by meeting with customers to review new telecommunications and product offerings
  • Generate revenue by closing sales, creating referral pipelines, and promoting brand loyalty to customers
  • Assist in daily promotions of partner products and services
  • Transition to a senior-level account manager as you take on additional responsibilities in sales cycle management and team development
  • Conduct market research to improve overall results
  • Train new team members on company systems and procedures
  • Develop customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and represent the company positively
