As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, ensuring they stay within target allocation, and addressing client cash targets. You will work closely with our advisors, ISG division, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain our trading systems, including Centralized Trading Platform models and strategies.
  • Oversee and take ownership of portfolio management and trading systems, including setup and client maintenance on all managed client trades.
  • Monitor client households to ensure they are in tolerance to their IPS, do not need cash, or have cash to invest, and proactively identify possible trading opportunities.
  • Evaluate current client portfolios eligible to join the platform and serve as a liaison for advisors during onboarding and implementation.
  • Document clients out of tolerance, in implementation, or with exceptions to manage.
  • Support the Chief Compliance Officer with providing SEC-compliant and internal audit reports from trading.
  • Assist in gathering analysis and research on our firm's strategies and approved list.
  • Develop and supply advisors with collateral, including trade proposals, client strategies, and asset location.
  • Help advisors with questions on trading systems and troubleshoot portfolio needs, including analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the financial industry, with an emphasis on trading and portfolio/strategy management.
  • Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with CRM software, cloud-based storage, Schwab Institutional, Fidelity, Smartleaf, and Black Diamond trading systems.
  • Well-versed in asset location, tax loss harvesting, and other trading strategies.
  • Series 65 license within 120 days of start date.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with financial reporting, billing, and trading systems.
  • Strong analytical skills.
