Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team at IN2U. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial reporting requirements, rules, and regulations.
    • Review and interpret financial statements, including profit and loss, cash flow, income, and balance sheet statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping
    • Balance books and prepare financial statements.
    • Monitor and develop monthly reports of revenues and expenditures for projects.
  • Revenue and Compliance
    • Provide record of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.
    • Prepare federal, state, and local reports and tax returns.
  • Process Improvement
    • Assist in the setup of processes and procedures that properly capture, track, and report revenue, including deferred revenue, in accordance with our revenue recognition policy.
    • Generate revenue reports for internal and external use.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Interpret reports and records for managers and stakeholders.
    • Support more complex monthly close activities, including GL adjustment review, reconciliation, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or comparable experience (finance/accounting) and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
