Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline operations by transitioning key legal administrative tasks.
  • Process and finalize paperwork for various transactions, including equity and debt financings.
  • Manage corporate records, including organizing and updating corporate books, records, and filings.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate formalities and regulations.
  • Dive into a range of legal-related responsibilities as they come up.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience as a paralegal with a strong background in corporate governance, stock plan administration, and maintenance of all corporate records.

  • A proactive, time-efficient individual who meets deadlines and handles detail-oriented tasks with precision.
  • Confidently interact with senior management and maintain effective relationships with department staff, associates, and external partners.
