Job Summary:
A highly detail-oriented HR Administrator is sought after by Ace/Avant Concrete Construction Co. to manage diverse facets of employee benefits and HR functions, fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, resolving issues and providing guidance.
• Administer FMLA, short-term and long-term leave, and Cobra.
• Assist in the administration of Workers' Compensation.
• Participate in company-wide HR initiatives.
• Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand, read, and write Spanish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $62,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
