Benefits and Compensation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits and HR Administrator to join our Ace/Avant Concrete Construction Co. team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our company culture and ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, resolving issues promptly and providing expert guidance.
- Manage FMLA, short-term and long-term leave, and Cobra administration, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the HR Director to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in areas such as benefits, leave, and HR compliance.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in benefit administration, leave management, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on your expertise and qualifications.
