About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits and HR Administrator to join our Ace/Avant Concrete Construction Co. team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our company culture and ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, resolving issues promptly and providing expert guidance.
  2. Manage FMLA, short-term and long-term leave, and Cobra administration, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with the HR Director to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in areas such as benefits, leave, and HR compliance.
  5. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in benefit administration, leave management, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on your expertise and qualifications.
