Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Professional Nurse to join our team at Shriners Children's in Portland, OR. As an Inpatient Pediatric RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our young patients and their families.

About the Role:

  • Assess and diagnose patient needs, develop individualized plans to promote health and well-being
  • Implement evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care delivery and ensure seamless transitions
  • Promote health education and advocacy for patients and families

Requirements:

  • RN license in Oregon
  • Basic Life Support certification (BLS) by start date
  • PEAR, PALS, ACLS certifications within 1 year of employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • 2 years of experience in Acute Care Nursing

Compensation and Benefits:
