  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
  • Supervise onsite project and sub-contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement plans in response to delays or emergencies, utilizing problem-solving skills to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, conducting regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues.
  • Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety and well-being among team members.
  • Manage project documentation and processes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct subcontractor meetings, fostering strong relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Lead the project close-out process, ensuring a smooth transition and finalizing all necessary documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
  • 5-15 years of construction experience required, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to negotiate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for the construction industry, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
