We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and recommending products to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits, making recommendations to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual standards and merchandising guidelines
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stocking products
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, adhering to safety and security protocols
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience; experience in paint or paint-related products a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
