About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team at Kahlig Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to review and update daily inventory reports and monthly plans

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or management experience preferred
  • Outstanding guest service and interpersonal skills
