Penn State University invites applications for a Spotted Lanternfly Call Center Agent to join its response team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to external stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities include maintaining the overall operation and professional image of the customer-focused call center, serving as first-line point of contact for external stakeholders, responding and referring customer questions and/or needs, and corresponding with a diverse customer base via various channels.

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with Spanish valued
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective working relationships
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work as an active member of a team
What We Offer

As a Penn State University employee, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
