Position Overview:
Communiboost seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team immediately. This role involves answering inbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience with Communiboost. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a high call volume while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
  • Product and Service Assistance: Provide knowledgeable responses to questions regarding Communiboost's services, promotions, and general inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues effectively by identifying solutions and, when necessary, escalating calls to a supervisor or relevant team.
  • Data Entry: Accurately document call details, update customer records, and ensure data integrity within our system.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or send emails to ensure customer concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to address client needs and improve overall service quality.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
