Front Desk Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Courtyard Tucson Airport hotel.

Job Summary: As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process.

About the Role:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Register guests, handle room assignments, and provide information about hotel services and facilities
  • Manage room reservations, including cancellations and modifications
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems
