About the Role

The Catering Manager is a leadership position that oversees all aspects of catering solutions and special events at the location.

This position will lead the Catering team to complete events or catering delivery requests in line with customer expectations and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage catering operations, including quality control, supervising support staff, and guest assistance in selecting menus.
  • Develop and execute operational catering standards, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Develop and manage personnel standards, including hiring, training, discipline, communication, performance management, retention, and administration.
  • Serve as the Quality Control Representative for catered events.
  • Directly supervise catering staff, with responsibility for staff selection, development, and administration.
  • Manage service and presentation standards for all catering operations.
  • Ensure establishment, communication, and compliance of appropriate sanitation and safety standards.
