Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate NICU Registered Nurse to join our team. As a NICU RN, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns and their families, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
  • NRP (or obtained within three months of employment)
  • BLS
  • Current state nursing license
  • Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility
  • Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting
