WAGE RANGE: 70-75/hour

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, ideally within the Marketing sector.
Project management certification is preferred (e.g., CSM, CSP, PMP, SAFe).

JOB DESCRIPTION:


The Marketing Solutions Project Manager (MSPM) is tasked with ensuring the successful, on-target, and within-scope execution of prioritized initiatives as defined through dedicated team planning sessions and communicated by the Marketing Solutions Lead.

The MSPM role demands exceptional project management, organizational, and communication capabilities.

The MSPM will work closely with the Marketing Solutions Lead to comprehend which projects are to be executed and their timelines. They will also collaborate with dedicated cross-functional team members to create informed project plans, outline tasks, and communicate progress effectively.

On a daily basis, the project manager will provide project status updates to the Marketing Solutions Lead, participate in daily check-ins, and conduct project-specific meetings such as kickoffs, workshops, and reviews while managing project artifacts.

The project manager will establish the project process and ensure a smooth workflow through to delivery and optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering on prioritized projects and initiatives for the business unit.
  • Developing project schedules and workflows.
  • Identifying project requirements and assessing technical feasibility.
  • Managing key client interactions, including kick-offs, reviews, and approvals to ensure timely project progress.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Overseeing project timelines and key milestones to consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Reviewing client change requests and responding with implications for schedule, effort, and budget.
  • Presenting creative executions and gathering feedback.
  • Representing the interests of the business unit in interactions with cross-functional team members.
  • Identifying and recommending opportunities to leverage past materials or direct business partners to self-service options.
  • Delivering consistent project status communications to both business units and dedicated team members.
  • Ensuring all reports, milestones, and tasks are updated in the project management tool for the Marketing Solutions Lead.

Essential skills include:
  • Strong people and project management skills, including project plan development.
  • Excellent resource management abilities.
  • Knowledge of cross-functional marketing areas (content, paid media, web, multimedia).
  • Understanding of the video production process is preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
