Key Responsibilities:- Assist with IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of projects
- Establish and implement project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders
- Evaluate performance and provide feedback to the IT Managed Service Provider
- Assist in the multi-platform data conversion project
- Respond to and resolve end-user issues that require advanced knowledge of Apple or iOS systems
- Setup laptops for new employees, offer technical support to company staff, and troubleshoot computer problems
- Perform inventory control duties
- Working knowledge of software programs utilized by Health Care Professionals, with particular emphasis on Microsoft Office 365, Epic, Salesforce, Deltek- Cost Point, and experience with call center software
- Provide new user training, advanced user training, and new feature training to staff as required
- Interface with Security and Human Resources to maintain company policies
- Have or can obtain a Security Clearance
- Technical expertise on Apple products
- Expertise in peripherals such as printers, scanners, keyboards, optical mice, video-conferencing equipment, and other related devices
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry
- Organized with attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of project management principles and planning
- Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices
- Ability to motivate vendors to complete a project in a timely manner
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a computer-related program
- Security+ certification
- At least five years of related experience is required
