- Manage the Information Desk operations, enhancing the experience for all patients and visitors.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, utilizing the health system's computer and network resources.
- Assist in locating appropriate healthcare providers and services for patients and visitors.
- Maintain an up-to-date directory of patient information, departmental contacts, and facility maps.
- Facilitate patient and visitor transportation needs, including wheelchair assistance.
- Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in all interactions.
- Collaborate with volunteers and staff to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Monitor facility conditions and report issues to the relevant departments.
- Keep the information desk organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Eligibility for Notary Public.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bilingual capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
- Basic understanding of written communication.
Additional Information:
This position requires adherence to all policies and procedures, including those related to safety and risk management. The role may involve additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
