The Facilities Group is hiring a Front Office Operations Manager to lead our front office team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires a highly organized and communicative individual who can supervise and coordinate the activities of front office personnel, ensuring seamless daily operations.

As Front Office Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and mentoring front office staff to ensure they meet service standards and follow hotel procedures
  • Coordinating guest services, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and special requests
  • Maintaining accurate records, including log books and cash handling reports

You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to resolve guest complaints, address employee concerns, and make recommendations on performance evaluations and discipline.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced front office environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
