Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the Food and Beverage Operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Culinary Operations: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, pricing, and cost controls to optimize food production and minimize waste.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Communication: Liaise with Outlet Managers to maintain open lines of communication regarding guest feedback and operational issues.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety, ensuring that all kitchen and stewarding staff are aware of expectations.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role in the culinary industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Culinary Skills: Diploma certification in a culinary discipline, with a strong understanding of food preparation and presentation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
