Part Time HR Professional

- Recruitment and hiring processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Researching and developing job descriptions, including salary ranges and benefits
- Providing exceptional customer service and supporting employee relations
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Analyzing and recommending NYC benefits and compensation packages
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year based on industry standards and location.
