The successful candidate will work closely with the Legal and HR teams to maintain systems, published policies, procedures, and required posters to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Conducting detailed compliance assessments for new locations.
  • Contributing to integration activities for mergers, acquisitions, entity employee transfers, and entity integrations.
  • Analyzing new or revised employment laws and regulations against TT's current policies to determine the impact to the company.
  • Researching and recommending new policies and/or revisions to existing policies as needed.
  • Conducting reviews of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, applying critical thinking to interpret data, determine the significance of results, draw meaningful conclusions, and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintaining a log for policy, procedure, and handbook updates, including archived documents, communications regarding requests, and approval for document updates.
  • Providing guidance to internal TT team members on compliance matters, such as offer letters, communications, intranet content, etc.
  • Responding to requests for compliance-related data, including annual and quarterly reporting requirements (OFCCP/Affirmative Action, EEO, Vets) and responses to the business for vendor management and Requests for Proposal.
  • Project facilitating regional and global projects, including detailed and time-bound project plans, ensuring internal teams are aligned, timeline management, and responsibility for communication.
  • Providing input on supporting documentation, such as manager and employee communications, FAQs, and standard operating processes.
  • Managing and delivering reports that ensure transparency for the Senior Management and HR leadership team.

Requirements include:

  • Significant knowledge of and hands-on experience with employment laws, workforce data, and employment policies.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation with a strong work initiative and attention to detail.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
  • Ability to balance working collaboratively with the self-motivation to work independently as projects and priorities shift.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and reports is preferred; Workday is a plus.
  • Experience working in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction industry is preferred.
