Strategic Regional Market Leader

Salary Range: $145,000 - $170,000 per annum
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Regional Market Leader to join our team in North America. As the key representative for our organization in this region, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
About This Role
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in market development, leadership, and partnership building. You will be accountable for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with global stakeholders to achieve regional growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of management experience in a global business environment involving multiple markets and channels.
- Experience building and sustaining programmatic success via geographically disbursed entities or virtual communities of engaged stakeholder groups.
- Track record of successful channel, B2B, management and business plan development, including integration of market planning across diverse areas.
- Experience in developing partnerships and agreements that serve the business.
- Experience in a business-to-consumer (B to C and B to B) environment is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving ability and sound business judgment in assessing multiple competing opportunities.
- Knowledge of marketing and relationship management tools and techniques with the ability to present and apply them in an association environment and externally on senior management and top executive level.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, including demonstrated team-based operational and strategic results, with the ability to lead, retain, and progress staff.
- Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in the business language - English.
