Job Summary

This is a part-time position that requires a high level of administrative support and coordination. The successful candidate will provide staff support, perform specialized recordkeeping and data management, and coordinate the employee onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the unit, including answering telephones, assisting visitors, and resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
  • Operate personal computers to compose and edit correspondence and/or memoranda from verbal direction, or from knowledge of established department/division policies.
  • Prepare or assist with the preparation of scheduled and/or ad hoc statistical and narrative reports.
  • Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and/or other documents in a manner that ensures preservation of the integrity, validity, and accuracy of unit data.
  • Sort, screen, review, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail; compose, prepare, or ensure timely responses to a variety of written inquiries.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma. Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of administrative support, office, or related experience required.
  • Experience using Workday and Microsoft 365 preferred.

This is a part-time position that requires a high level of administrative support and coordination. The successful candidate will provide staff support, perform specialized recordkeeping and data management, and coordinate the employee onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
