Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Train Front Desk Staff: Provide guidance and support to Front Desk staff to ensure they are equipped to handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
- Manage Front Desk Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk, including managing guest check-in and check-out, handling room assignments, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest transactions.
- Monitor and Improve Guest Satisfaction: Conduct regular guest satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service and lead by example to inspire and motivate Front Desk staff to do the same.
Requirements:
- Hotel Operations Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel operations role, preferably in a supervisory or management position.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, staff, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
