Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Train Front Desk Staff: Provide guidance and support to Front Desk staff to ensure they are equipped to handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, staff, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
