Job Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our team, you will support the field execution team with proper information and document control, specifically scope, schedule, and budget. You will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret Plans and Specifications: Provide abstracts to field execution teams to ensure accurate understanding of project requirements.
  • Develop and Track Project Submittals: Submit and track project submittals and RFI's to ensure timely completion and resolution.
  • Maintain Equipment Tracking Logs: Communicate status to teams routinely to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain Organized Project Files: Ensure all up-to-date information is easily accessible by project field teams.
  • Prepare and Track Construction Schedules: Update schedules as changes occur to ensure project stays on track.
  • Implement Change Orders: Track status and implement change orders as required.
  • Use Computer-Aided Design Technologies: Develop designs, sketches, and drawings using software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Prepare Budgeting and Forecasting Reports: Provide monthly reports to ensure accurate financial planning.
Requirements
  • Currently a Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer in the electrical or construction field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn electrical/construction management software.
  • Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Procore (preferred).
