Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client records and data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve client relationships and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or finance.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
