Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire account service process
- Review applications and renewal requests to determine marketing strategy
- Market to carriers and negotiate rates and terms
- Prepare quotes and proposals
- Review policies and process endorsements/certificates/MVRs/Loss Runs/ID cards
- BIND policies
- Assist with audits, as necessary
- Coordinate premium financing, as necessary
Requirements:
- 5+ years of related commercial insurance brokerage experience
- HS diploma or GED
- P&C insurance license in good standing
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
- Computer proficiency with MSOS, Outlook, agency management systems (Epic preferred)
- Required 'soft skills': efficient time management, organization, customer service, high initiative, team-oriented and high attention to detail
