Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing group accounts and working closely with clients and producers to develop employee benefits strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee benefits strategies for clients
  • Manage day-to-day and strategic servicing of group accounts
  • Provide financial analysis, compliance guidance, and client support
  • Develop communication programs and materials
  • Act as a team leader and provide guidance to colleagues

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail brokerage benefits expertise
  • Active Life & Health license in good standing
  • Technical skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced designations, such as CEBS, GBA, etc. a plus
