Delivering top-tier guest service to current and prospective clients, as well as partners and their associates, is essential. This role involves developing business relationships and maintaining service excellence within the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

The following outlines the essential functions of this role, though additional tasks may be assigned.
  • Guarantees that every guest entering the establishment enjoys an outstanding experience.
  • Handles incoming guest calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality sector as required.
  • Negotiates agreements with guests effectively.
  • Manages contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Addresses and resolves guest inquiries, concerns, and issues through various communication channels promptly and courteously.
  • Assists guests with inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner, both over the phone and in person.
  • Communicates information regarding company offerings and policies to both new and existing clients.
  • Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of our services and products.
  • Facilitates pick-up and drop-off services for guests.
  • Assists with logistics and transportation between locations.
  • Researches guest profiles prior to their arrival to suggest service upgrades.
  • Utilizes company-wide programs, sales initiatives, prospecting projects, and guest events for group business development.
  • Aims to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as outlined.
  • Keeps work area organized and maintained.
  • Adheres to uniform standards at all times during shifts.
