Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality home health care to our clients in Southern Pines, North Carolina.

Job Description:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for care.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor clients' conditions, report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager, and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and thoroughly, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
Qualifications:
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
