Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to provide high-quality home health care to our clients in Scotland, Hoke, Moore, Richmond, and Robeson Counties. As a per diem RN, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace.
Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and education.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document all client interactions and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
- Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
- Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.
