About the Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Southern Pines, North Carolina. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions, such as manual therapeutic exercises and gait training, to promote clients' health and independence.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to support their recovery.
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations in a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
Requirements
  • A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
