Per Diem Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Visits. As a RN Home Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
About the Role:- As a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Visits, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients in their homes.
- You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Our RNs are responsible for administering medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures as ordered by the client's physician.
- You will also be responsible for monitoring clients' conditions, reporting changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager, and following up with doctors' orders.
- As a RN Home Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including adults and geriatric patients, and develop your skills in case management and coordination.
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
