BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Visits. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and experienced RN to provide high-quality home health care services to our clients in Southern Pines, North Carolina. As a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Visits, you will be responsible for performing home health visits, administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures, and following up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Responsibilities- Perform home health visits and provide high-quality care to clients
- Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations in a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
