Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at DiFilippo. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Service and expand our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Research and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B space.
- Supervise and guide a small team to achieve sales and business growth targets.
- Train and develop new team members on our systems and processes.
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and report on daily field activity.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. required.
