We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at DiFilippo. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and expand our existing client base through exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B space.
  • Supervise and guide a small team to achieve sales and business growth targets.
  • Train and develop new team members on our systems and processes.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and report on daily field activity.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. required.

  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
