We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to create a memorable first impression for our guests. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for checking in guests, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting hotel programs. Your Role

As a Front Desk Agent, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Checking guests in and ensuring accurate information is established
  • Helping to resolve problems and exceed guest expectations
  • Promoting and selling hotel programs
  • Interacting with hotel staff in a professional manner
  • Maintaining house bank and following set procedures
