You will also monitor and maintain inventory and fixed assets, as well as ensure tax, insurance, and financial and HR compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and create financial reports using QuickBooks
  • Monitor and maintain inventory and fixed assets
  • Ensure tax, insurance, and financial and HR compliance requirements are met
  • Coordinate and administer payroll and benefits
  • Perform technology setup, backups, protection, and tracking
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Pro and Google Suite
  • 3+ years of experience with bookkeeping and collection activities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented multi-tasker
  • Ability to learn new software
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
