Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Giving Home Health Care. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and supportive experience for all staff members, ultimately improving overall satisfaction and retention rates.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage compliance documents, including licenses and certifications.
• Assist with Care Academy corrections, ensuring the correct curriculum is assigned to contractors.
• Monitor Care Academy progress to ensure completion before in-person training.
• Upload HR documents into Document Manager profiles, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Input 1099 contractor information into Smartsheets.
• Verify and collect employment documentation, including I-9 forms and direct deposit information for processing.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience interacting and engaging with candidates and employees.
• Key competencies include communication, attention to detail, organization, time management, critical thinking, and teamwork.
