We are seeking a Cleanliness and Guest Experience Coordinator who will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of cleanliness, providing top-notch guest service, handling deliveries, and supporting various departments. While prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, or customer service is beneficial, it is not mandatory. This position requires standing and walking for extended periods and working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including bathrooms, meeting rooms, and common spaces.
  • Offer warm and attentive service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Manage and store incoming deliveries efficiently.
  • Respond to special requests from guests and colleagues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in cleaning guest rooms, handling laundry, and assisting with kitchen duties.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and report any equipment issues or missing items.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative team environment to drive hotel success.
Estimated Salary: $18.00/hour (based on national averages).
