Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will provide exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and vendors.
- Respond to inquiries and provide necessary resource information.
- Gather detailed information and perform verification checks, including certificate of insurance tracking and W-9 verifications.
- Handle incoming calls, assisting callers with profile setups, subscription updates, and data collection for their accounts.
- Follow up with clients regarding messages, subscription updates, and enrollment verifications.
- Manage customer emails and chats in a courteous and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Perform data entry across multiple platforms.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to provide and receive feedback.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize, and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
- Capability to meet deadlines consistently.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
$19-$21 per hour based on experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
