Job Title: Business Development Manager

Elwood Staffing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and maintaining existing customer relationships. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through market research and strategic sales plans
  • Maintain existing customer relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Drive revenue growth and expand our customer base

Requirements:

  • Outside sales or new account business development experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
