Customer Service Liaison

Rogue Fitness, a leading manufacturer of strength and conditioning equipment, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join its team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, ensuring prompt issue resolution, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Compensation
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21, with additional premiums for working the WKD shift (2.5%) and 2nd Shift (10%). Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage options through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, as well as life insurance, AD&D insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and workers' compensation.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to analyze problems effectively. Key responsibilities include processing orders, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, managing customer accounts, recording details of actions taken, and coordinating with internal departments. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential in this role.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Relevant computer applications and typing skills are also necessary. Problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are highly valued in this position.
