Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Liaison to join our team at InfuSystem. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and providing exceptional service to ensure their satisfaction.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. You will be required to work closely with our sales team, account managers, and other stakeholders to provide seamless support to our customers.
Responsibilities- Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work closely with sales and account management teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored support
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working in a customer-facing role or similar industry
