We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors at Gsg Law Limited.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain a professional atmosphere.

This role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for everyone who enters our facility.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly and ascertain their needs.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and welcoming.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Provide information about the company and its services.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support office operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in another customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • A friendly, professional demeanour and a positive attitude.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
