To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 3 years of prior property management experience, specifically in Tax Credit properties. Bi-lingual Spanish speaking is a highly desirable skill.   • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of prior property management experience
  • 3+ years of Tax Credit experience
  • TCS certification is a plus
  • Bi-lingual Spanish speaking desired
  • Experience with Yardi Software is strongly preferred
