Position Summary:

In this position, you will engage with customers both independently and collaboratively to deliver outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming inquiries, processing orders, and assisting walk-in clients. If you possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, enjoy devising innovative solutions for customer needs, and thrive in a dynamic environment, you will find this role fulfilling. By nurturing strong customer relationships, you will contribute significantly to our mission of transforming the construction landscape.

Compensation: $20.00/hr DOE with potential for overtime.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of product offerings to effectively assist customers.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to expand our client base.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and expertise to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Foster productive relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with management to address customer issues.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the store manager.
  • Exhibit strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding material discrepancies.
  • Proactively address potential hazards or obstructions.
  • Participate in promoting an inclusive workplace.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Exceptional organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers.
  • Calm problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications with strong typing skills.
  • Safety-conscious with a record of good attendance and punctuality.
  • Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends as needed.
  • Compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and other regulations.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without company assistance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluency in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Experience in the trucking and construction industries.
Work Environment:
  • Office setting with primarily sedentary tasks.
  • Care should be taken when lifting files or boxes.
  • Proper ergonomics should be maintained to prevent injuries.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
