We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Liaison/VA to join our Emergency and Critical Care team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between clients, doctors, and support staff.
- Obtain and report vital signs as needed.
- Recognize changes in patient status and promptly report to the doctor.
- Counsel owners, prepare medications, and discharge patients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist support staff as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a veterinary hospital setting, with a preference for experience in emergency/urgent care.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commit to developing long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and the community.
- Positive outlook and ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
- Competitive hourly wage of $18-$23, with potential for shift differential.
