Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will deliver both administrative and technical assistance to the Manpower and Audit Division, focusing on policy and program oversight related to the Intelligence Contingency Funds (ICF) and Defense Intelligence Counterintelligence Expense (DICE). This role will also encompass Risk Management Internal Control (RMIC) and the DoD Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) Plan.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Designing and developing certified training requirements for ICF/DICE.
  • Providing program support, including 50% of time dedicated to ICF/DICE and RMIC, 25% for travel with Government program inspectors, and 25% for administrative and technical support across various portfolios.
  • Applying knowledge of management, intelligence operations, finance, and accounting principles to complex assignments.
  • Assisting in the formulation and dissemination of policies and regulations related to SIF (ICF/DICE).
  • Conducting data analysis and preparing presentations for senior decision-makers.
  • Coordinating with the resource management community to ensure the accuracy of deliverables.
  • Supporting internal and external audits and identifying quality improvement processes.
Qualifications

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Education: A minimum of an undergraduate degree in accounting, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or business.

Experience: At least six years of analytical experience in financial management, disbursing, military organizations, and intelligence disciplines.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform complex calculations.
